Renewal of all club membership should now be complete from 30^th November 09 and  the $5.00 early bird discount. If membership has not been renewed your activity is therefore unable to be used or played, because you must be a Financial Member of the Ruakura Campus Club Inc.

 

Renewal of Tennis and Swimming Pool Keys.

 

Tennis Club

Could those members renewing their Tennis Membership please hand your Keys into the Office or at the Bar.

As in the past the gates will be left unlock until Tuesday 15^th December 09 at 5pm  when the New keys will come into play.

NOTE!  “Please help and bring your existing key so we may get recut.”

No Key NO  Replacement without Cost.

 

Swimming Pool:

Please Note!

Just a reminder to all members renewing that your Existing keys are to be used until the last day being Sunday 13^th December 09 @ 10pm.

All members keys are required to be handed back into the club so we may have these adjusted to the New Padlock

 

“ Collection Box”

 

This will be placed in the Swimming Pool Area and will be locked.

1)        This will be put in place from Wednesday 9^th Dec 09

2)        Box will be cleared each day.

3)        Final collection of keys will be 10pm on Sunday 13^th Dec 09.

4)        Please put your KEY NUMBER on the sealed bag with your key and deposit it in the Box,

5)        All keys with bands will be available for all members from 5pm on  Tuesday 15^th Dec 09. Should you require alternative arrangements please contact Jocelyn @ the office Ph 839 5643.

6)        No Keys will be handed out unless members have handed in their original 2008/09 key,

7)        A charge of $12.00c will be made for Lost or Replacement keys.

 

Please Report persons using the Pool without Wrist Bands or Illegal Entry.
